How soon should I include Case Studies on my website?

How soon you should include Case Studies on your website is dependent upon how soon you want your prospects to buy from you.

Seriously.

If you have delivered successful projects for your customers why wouldn’t you wish to tell the world about them as soon as possible?

You could argue that Case Studies are a higher priority investment than your website, since they give you powerful content right from your website launch.

In fact, one of my start-up clients commissioned a Case Study out of his proof of concept work for a customer.

He invested in the Case Study BEFORE he even had a website.

He wisely anticipated that having endorsement and real customer success under his belt was the most important thing to publish first. He was able to make his expertise and reputation precede him.

The sooner you can establish TRUST in your expertise the better.

Trust is the reason people buy. The more people see evidence of your knowledge, skill and value the more they will trust you.

Having your customers endorse this from their own experience is the icing on the cake.
