What are some Case Study questions?

Here are some Case Study questions to consider and explore:

Your customer background and nature of their business proposition
What challenges do they face?
What was the problem they engaged you to solve?
What was the first step you took?
Identify up to three snags or snafus that emerged during your working partnership. Describe what they were and how well you handled them, being sure to highlight how this influenced the relationship and outcome.
What tools and techniques did you introduce to your customer, and how well did they deploy these?
What was the outcome of your intervention? What did you make possible for your customer and/or what was the impact on their bottom line?
